The proposal would provide $100 million over 2 years to establish a Community Childcare Fund to support the delivery of flexible and innovative approaches to early childhood education and care in rural and regional Australia.

The proposal would be non-ongoing, with funding split evenly over 2 years and start on 1 July 2025.
