The proposal would provide $450 million over 4 years to build inclusive education into tertiary qualifications by training educators in inclusive practices and remove barriers to tertiary education for disabled people.

The proposal would be non-ongoing, distribute funding evenly over 4 years, include departmental funding within the capped amount and start from 1 July 2026.
