Explicit Teaching Accelerator Fund
The proposal would provide $20 million over 3 years to deliver an Explicit Teaching Accelerator Fund. This fund would identify and back initiatives which drive the take-up of explicit teaching practices and professional development of educators.
Funding would be distributed as $0.5 million in 2025-26, $7million each in 2026-27 and 2027-28 and $6.9 million in 2028-29.
The proposal would start from 1 July 2025.
