The proposal would provide $9 million over 3 years to support the Singleton Water Security project. The funding would go towards the design and construction of a new reservoir for Singleton to service the growing residential areas and allow more flexibility in managing water in the region.

The proposal would be non-ongoing, distribute funding evenly over 3 years and start from 1 July 2025.
