The proposal would provide $2 million over 3 years to increase funding to the Renewable Heat Industrial Decarbonisation Program (RHID), a Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) led program.

The proposal would be non-ongoing and start from 1 July 2025.
