The proposal would provide $250 million over 4 years to establish Green Agriculture Australia to support Australian farmers in transitioning to regenerative and sustainable practices.

The proposal would be non-ongoing, distribute funding evenly over 4 years, include departmental costs from within the capped amount and start on 1 July 2026.
