The total amount of the CPP (depending on the length of the work placement requirement for each study field), paid to eligible students under the 2024-25 Budget measure Australian Universities Accord – tertiary education system reforms, would be converted to a concessional loan, added to each student’s Higher Education Loan Program (HELP) debt.
