International Climate Finance
The proposal would provide capped funding for international climate finance of:
- $1 billion in 2026-27 to support countries and communities affected by climate crises
- $4 billion annually from 2027-28 to 2030-31 to strengthen global climate action by increasing climate finance.
The proposal would be non-ongoing, not indexed and start from 1 July 2026.
