The proposal would abolish the following:

• the modern awards including minimum wage and penalty rate requirements
• unfair dismissal laws
• all other restrictions on employer-employee interactions in Fair Work legislation.

Existing provisions in competition and consumer law, workplace health and safety law, discrimination law and criminal law would remain.

This proposal would abolish foreign investment restrictions through the repeal of the Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Act 1975 and the defunding of the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB).
